Competition Terms
Every contestant participating in the Time of Dance competition agrees to comply with the following rules:
Participation Rules
- Participants must be 16 years of age or older. Parental consent is required for participants under 18.
- Each contestant can apply with only one dance style, but is allowed to showcase different styles in later rounds.
- Solo, duo, and group performances are permitted.
Performance Rules
- Stage time in each round is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes.
- Costume, music, and choreography belong to the contestant; obscene or discriminatory content is strictly prohibited.
- Original choreography must be performed in the semi-finals and finals.
Evaluation Criteria
- Performances are scored based on technical proficiency, stage presence, creativity, and emotional impact.
- Jury decisions are final and cannot be contested.
- Audience votes are added to jury scores in certain rounds.
Prize Rules
- The winning contestant receives the grand prize, including the opportunity to perform in the "Whispers of the Sultana" world tour.
- Prizes cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
- All finalists participating in the competition gain the chance to be invited to professional projects.
General Rules
- Participants displaying unsportsmanlike behavior during the competition will be disqualified.
- Compliance with the guidance and decisions of the production team is mandatory during the competition process.
- The organization team reserves the right to make changes to the competition schedule and content.
Application Requirements
Age Limit
- Participants must be at least 16 years old to apply.
- Participants under 18 years of age may apply with written parental/guardian consent.
Participation Type
- Applications can be made individually, as a duo, or as a group.
- Group participations may include a maximum of 10 people.
Required Documents
- Copy of ID card (or passport)
- 1 passport-sized photo
- Short biography and dance experience
- Parental consent form (for participants under 18 years old)
Participants in the Time of Dance competition have the opportunity to be selected in the final stage to be part of the main cast in the international tour of Whispers of Sultana. Therefore, applicants must not have any domestic or international travel restrictions.
Demo Video
- A maximum of 2-minute introduction and dance performance video must be uploaded during application.
- The video should reflect the applicant's talent and style.
Nationality
- Turkish citizens and foreign nationals residing in Turkey can apply. Foreign nationals may participate by submitting their passport and relevant documents such as criminal record checks from their respective embassies.
Application Deadline
- Application deadline is June 15, 2025.
Important Notes
- Applications with incomplete or incorrect information will be considered invalid.
- Selected candidates will be notified via email before being invited to the preliminaries.
- Application Number
- Participants are deemed to have accepted the competition rules from the moment they apply.
- The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the rules when necessary.

1. Data Controller Identity
According to the Personal Data Protection Law ("PDPL") No. 6698, your personal data may be processed in the scope described below by SDT Technology Solutions Limited Company ("Company") as the data controller.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Providing, developing, and improving our products and services
- Conducting customer relationship and support processes
- Evaluating requests and complaints

Your personal data is collected and processed through call center, website, mobile application, email, verbal, written, or electronic means, within the legal framework specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes stated above, to:
- Authorized public institutions and organizations within the country
- Our suppliers and business partners
- Third parties providing support services (hosting services, software providers, etc.)
In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL.
6. Your Rights as a Data Subject
According to Article 11 of the PDPL, as a data subject, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately
- To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed
- To request deletion or destruction within the legal framework
- To request notification of these operations to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to any adverse outcome resulting from analysis by automatic systems
- To claim compensation for damages if you suffer harm
7. Application Methods
You can submit your requests regarding your rights under the PDPL to us in writing or via email:

Your requests will be responded to within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, as per the PDPL.
